@ so far I have enjoyed the company of four South Korean ESL students, references available on request in either English or Korean



Cost:

@ Rent is $450 per month

@ This price includes heat (natural gas heat kept at 21 Celsius), electricity, local phone, cable TV and wireless cable Internet, plus amenities like laundry detergent, fabric softener, garbage bags etc.

@ The last month’s rent ($450) is required to hold the room, and is credited to the last month of your stay with 60 day’s notice
